RESTORING JN TATA’S BIRTHPLACE AT NAVSARI

On the occasion of the 175
th
birth anniversary of the
Founder, with the approval of
the Trustees of the JN Tata
House (Birthplace) Trust,
this heritage house has been
restored by Tata Central
Archives, a division of Tata
Services, with support from
Tata Sons.

A permanent exhibition, with
over 150 digitally enhanced
images, tracing his life
and achievements, is also
showcased.

JN Tata was born in a single-storied house owned by his maternal
grandfather, Kavasji Maneckji Tata, in one of the tiny by-lanes in
Dasturwad, Navsari, Gujarat. $
