Tata Central Archives curated an exhibition commemorating the platinum jubilee of Tata Chemicals Ltd. in 2014. The exhibition showcased the expansion of the company's product base from salt, soda ash allied chemicals to fertilisers, other agro-chemical products and much more. It highlighted its efforts for attaining national self-sufficiency through enhancing its product base. It also showcased, the various technological advancements, welfare and social reforms, CSR initiatives and innovative projects that the company has undertaken over the years.
Panels displaying the 75-year journey of the company were displayed in seven cities in India – Gandhinagar, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Delhi and Pune from December 2014 to January 2015. It accompanied the book launch tour of "Salt of the Earth – The Story of Tata Chemicals" by Philip Chacko and Christabelle Noronha. The panels were also displayed at the Tata Chemicals' stall at Vibrant Gujarat held in January 2015.
